WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We treasure our stockists and do everything we can to maintain great relationships with them. We just have a few terms we ask stockists to adhere to.

• We offer low minimum order quantities of £150 for first orders, and £75 for re-orders. We ask all stockists to adhere to these minimum order quantities unless otherwise agreed. Orders not meeting these requirements will be cancelled and refunded. If you are unable to meet the minimum order requirements, please contact me to discuss prior to placing your order.

• We offer net 30 terms for returning wholesale customers. On checking out please select 'manual payment' as your payment method. I will then follow up with an invoice for payment due within 30 days of your order. Please do not select this payment option if this is your 1st wholesale order or if you are not a wholesale customer. Non-eligible orders will be cancelled and refunded. There is an upper limit of £2500 on net 30 terms unless otherwise agreed.

• To place an order, you will need to be submit a wholesale application. Once your application has been approved and an account created, you must be logged into your account in order to be able to view and order from the Wholesale section of the website. If you prefer to email your order to me you can do so via info@cornucopiaclay.com

• I aim to offer competitive rates affording the retailer a minimum of 40% margin, though this cannot be guaranteed. Please bare in mind that these products are individually handmade by a one-person team.

• Should an item be damaged on receipt, please endeavor to notify me within 2 working days. I will then be able to credit your account, or provide a refund or replacement.

• Should you wish to return any goods, please let me know within 14 days, and return your item(s) within 14 more days. Once the item(s) reaches us in its original condition we will provide a credit, refund or replacement depending on your requirements and product availability.

• Delivery timescales will depend on the size of the order. Please bare in mind that every item is individually handmade. Please don't hesitate to get in touch should you need an estimated time frame once your order has been placed, or please contact me prior to placing your order if it's required for a certain date.

• Carriage paid on all orders over £150. For orders less than this, a charge of £12 per consignment will be invoiced to you for UK carriage.
